Editing A Bank Statement with Acrobat Pro is sensing that it's needs Permissions Password. The Bank says that the Statements do not need a Password??

There are "open passwords" and "permissions passwords". It sounds like the document doesn't have an open password but either has a permissions password or is certified and is set to prevent modification.
