editing fuctions

Hello,

I'd like to use Adobe Acrobat's editing functions, including features like strikethrough, picture insertion, and text insertion, in a PDF file involving more than 10 people. The goal is to share the entire process with all participants for a project.

Before sharing files with others, we can utilize all functions such as drawing rectangle/circle/cloud marks, entering text, and stamping photos, among others.

However, after sharing files with others and requesting a file review, the editable functions are restricted. Only the features for adding comments and drawing cancellation lines are available.

Is there a way to retain the ability to use features like cloud mark drawing, text input, photo stamping, etc. before sharing the file with someone else?
