Editing multiple files in one hit

Hello,

I have many word forms, over 100, (that could easily be changed into PDF's) that I would like to change into forms.

With in the document is a grid with 6 areas that I would like to make editable (this has text in, ideally I would like to keep the text there).

Is there a way to automate this to change these to forms?
