Editing PDF
I pay for the monthly system, but when I try to use the Edit feature for redacting it takes me to the purchase window. From there it says I already have it.
How do I get it to work?

It seems that the Acrobat Pro DC is installed on your machines, which is a canceled subscription on your Adobe Id, and this may be the reason you are getting the Subscribe now message.
Please sign out from the Acrobat Pro DC, uninstall the Acrobat Pro DC, for windows machine, use Adobe Cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
> For Mac machines: Go to Application and run the uninstaller for Acrobat Pro DC.
> Restart your computer, then download and install the Adobe Reader from PDF reader, PDF viewer | Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
You can also use the Adobe Export PDF, Annual service online, log in on https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password to use the online service.
