Editing PDF file causes text and drawings to be skewed and thrown out of proportion

Sometimes in Adobe Acrobat, when I try to edit PDF files generated from AutoCAD Architecture 2023, all the text and drawings become skewed, with things all out of proportion. At other times when I try to edit them, there is no issue.

Is this a bug, and what possible resolution steps can I take?
