Acrobat desktop is the Acrobat app installed on your Windows or Mac computer. It will do the editing, without having to send the file to Adobe. Acrobat comes in many versions, take care... Acrobat Pro is good. Acrobat Standard (Windows only) is good. Acrobat Plus is not. Acrobat Reader is free, and is not.
