Editing text in Acrobat Pro DC

I just created a PDF from InDesign that I want a coworker to be able to edit in Acrobat Pro DC. We both have the font used loaded and open on our macs, but it doesn't show up in the font list in Acrobat. Any ideas?

Please reconsider this.To collaborate you both need to use the same apps. PDFs appear an attractive solution: they aren't. PDF editing is a desperate last resort which will screw up your design. To collaborate you need to use the same app and version, or the changes need to come back to you to action.
