Editing text on Adobe Acrobat

Hello,

So, I created a brochure kind of thing on InDesign but people on my team need to be able to edit it, and they don't know how to use InDesign. So I saved it as pdf and tried editing on Acrobat, but it keeps changing the formatting. I have all the fonts and everything, but it changes the line spacing. The number on the format box doesn't change, but the line is pushed down. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I made this video to show you guys what happens: Editing PDF on Acrobat - YouTube

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Thanks

Acrobat is not a word processor. Yes, you can use it to edit PDFs, but if you do much more than minor text edits, it doesn’t work well much of the time. I highly recommend that you have your team use the PDF commenting tools in Acrobat, then you make the changes in the InDesign document. Sorry, but it’s best to use the proper tool for each job.

I just found this and thought it might be of use to you: https://www.goproof.net This plugin will let them do copy editing on the web. So your team can edit your InDesign document without knowing InDesign.

If you call Adobe customer support  to reach a live assistant, they should be able to resolve your problem.
