Nein, Word-Dateien (doc, docx oder docm) sind properitäre Formate, die nur mit der dafür vorgesehenen Software wie eben Microsoft Word betrachtet und bearbeitet werden können. Acrobat kann das nicht. Man kann die Word-Dateien aber an ein PDF anhängen.

2. Edit the content later in Word:

• If you need to edit that page in Word again, you would need to extract that page from the PDF and convert it back to Word. Formatting may change during conversion.

3. Alternative approach:

• If frequent Word editing is required, it’s best to keep the Word document separate and only convert/insert it into the PDF once final.
