Electronic certificates and bookmarks

Hello everybody,

We are facing the following problem: Since some time we certify documents (with an electronic signature) that we sent to some external users. Now there is one user complaining that with certified documents it is no longer possible to create bookmarks.

These documents can be commented etc but bookmarks are disabled.

Anybody having made the same experience ? Any remedy ?
