Electronic signature disappeared in Acrobat XI Pro

Question

I have set up an electronic signature using webcam option in Acrobat XI pro and was able to use this until today. I have just tried to sign some documents and signature has disappeared and the option to set it up this was does not come up any longer. How do I get this back?

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please refer and try the troubleshooting steps from the following KB docs which discusses the similar issue I am unable to add digitial signature on my PDF docuemnts (Sign and Send PDFs)

Adobe Reader XI sign and fill grayed out
