Electronic signatures missing for discounted Adobe Pro

Hi, We received a discounted Adobe Pro subscription as we are a charity. I've been able to download the application and can access some pro features, but not the electronic signatures.

I've tried logging in via the web, through Reader, through Adobe Sign directly and it says we have no product purchased. However, when I log into my Admin account, I can see it confirms my current product is Acrobat Professional, registered on 10 Oct 2024.

How can I access the Pro features?

Acrobat and Acrobat Sign are not the same product. You probably only have access to the former.

However, you can still use it to add Digital Signature fields, and then send the file out to people to sign and return it to you.
