Electronic Signatures Please Help

I have applied for employment thru AutoZone. I have went in for a interview and today got a message thru their website asking me to accept or refuse the job. I had to go to a task button to accept. At the bottom of that document it asked for electronic signature. Under that is said to use your system password. I am totally lose of what they are requiring me to do. Please help. I don't have any idea how to do a electronic signature and the password I am thinking they are asking for is a 4 digit password that opens mu I phone. Should I be giving out my passwords? I wouldn't think so.
