Yes.

I recommend collating your PDFs in a Portfolio.

This should help: https://helpx.adobe.com/africa/acrobat/using/create-customize-pdf-portfolios.html

Hi @evelien_7901

In addition to what the expert has mentioned. You can check this help document: https://adobe.ly/42z16bh

When preparing an agreement in Adobe Acrobat Sign, you can upload multiple files. These documents can be sent together in a single signing session, allowing the recipient to review and sign each document sequentially. After signing, the documents can either be merged into one PDF or kept as separate files, depending on your account settings.

Important Considerations

  • Account Settings: The ability to keep documents separate after signing is available for team and enterprise-level accounts. This setting can be configured under Global Settings > Merge multiple documents into one document after signing.

  • Editing Capabilities: While Adobe Acrobat Sign provides basic editing tools, they may not suffice for advanced editing needs.

  • Distribution Control: When using Adobe Acrobat Sign, the platform submits your podcast to platforms like Apple Podcasts under its own account, which might limit your access to certain features or analytics.
