Question

Email attached pdf from acrobat

How does one go about sending a PDF as an email attachment instead of a link in Acrobat DC pro? I attempt to send as attachment but acrobat insists at embedding a link. I go into preferences and uncheck send as link and then Acrobat rechecks it.

I send a lot of PDFs that clients prefer as attachments who have neither the time nor patience to mess around with links.

I'm not sure what happened, but earlier this week, I did not have this problem.

Thanks to those who know more than me,

Joe

I hope someone can help. When I attempt to send a file from Acrobat, it goes through several screens with useless information and finally opens a gmail with a %$#! link instead of a file.  I tried to demonstrate emailing a fillable form and the client laughed at me for all the complications of something that should take a click or two and happen in seconds. Ain't happening here!
