email fillable form to different address

I'm creating my first fillable form and can't find this info in the product documentation or in the community.

I would like to have the Submit button create an email with the form attached, but the To: field blank so our clients can send the form to their assigned customer service rep (and only to that rep). Our clients are mostly unsophisticated users, so I need the simplest solution. (Asking them to download Adobe Reader will be beyond their skillset.)

I will be putting the form on our website for downloading and/or submitting directly from the website (WordPress).  This will be a new "adventure" for me, so don't know what to expect.

I welcome advice from experienced Acrobat users on how to do this and recommendations for best practices.

This can be done using a script. See: https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/dynamically-setting-submit-e-mail-address

However, if the file is not viewed in Reader then all bets are off, and it's likely that the script you use for this won't work at all.
