email fillable forms

I created a form that I want to distribute to my employees. I have a check box . The action on the check box is set to "Submit a form".  I am asked to enter "a url for this link".  I am stuck - I've tried a number of things.

You need an email URL

For example:

 

mailto:support@windjack.com

Thnak you! That was fast. I had tried the same thing earlier in the day, but it wasn't working. It works now.  Now I have to figure out how to export all the data from numerous employees (we expect about  80 emails per week) into a spread sheet. The email itself comes with a message: . "Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 or later can process this data by importing it back into the blank form or creating a spreadsheet from several data files. See Help in Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 or later for more details".  I can't find any documentation on that. You might be hearing from me again later.  Thanks again a whole lot !

In the "Prepare Form" panel, look at the popup menu where it says "More"
