email on a submit button

I have a form and I created an email button with mailto:

I checked in using the preview, everything is fine..

But when I put it on line, when you click the submit button it does nothing.

I have read a million pages this afternoon but cannot find an answer.

PLEASE help.

All of these browses use their own PDF plugin, not the one by Adobe. You

should report issues with them to their developers.

I tried Chrome first. FierFox, then Edge.
