Embed fonts IN a pdf (Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017)

Good morning All

Our company installed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 on my computer yesterday.

One of my tasks is to embed the fonts in an already existing pfd document.  I have googled this and in the print production - preflight - pdf fixups - there is supposed to be embed fonts; however, this is not the case in this version of the program.

Would someone please be able to guide me step-by-step how to do this? I do not have the word versions of the documents and can therefore not reprint them, also printing them with Adobe PDF is also not an option, as i lose all the bookmarks and inserting them all on a deadline is not an option.

I will greatly appreciate all help!

Kind regards

Riet
