Embedded Video Won't Playback on Samsung Tablet

I have a PDF with an embedded video. The first time I played it on my Mac, I got a notification asking whethere to allow it to play one time or always. I choose Always. 

I copied the same PDF to my Samsung tablet and opened it on Acrobat. I don't get the notification asking whether to play the embedded video. I try tapping on the page with the video but nothing happens. i did a search on the Acrobat help file for Samsung within the app and nothing comes up when I search "embedded video".
