Embedding font to pdf form

I'm working on a form for a client using Acrobat,

I've managed to set it up with a custom font in the form boxes which when sent to the client displays as arial if they don't have the font installed on their computer.

Is there any way to embed the font in the pdf so that when the clients sends the completed form to their own clients it displays the correct font without having to ask the client in question to download and install the font.

See the document for reference Dropbox - Studiotypes Cover Sheet Template TOM.pdf

Thanks in advance!

It's OK for me, it uses the Dosis font.

When you use fonts in form fields that are not part of the base 14 set of fonts (see here for a list: What are the Base 14 Fonts? | Appligent | PDF), the font will always be embedded (that is, as long as the font allows embedding). Your file does have the font embedded. Unlike "normal" embedded (or subset embedded) fonts, these fonts embedded via a form field are not listed on the Fonts tab on the document properties dialog, and you have to dig a bit deeper. Here is a screenshot that shows the internal PDF structure, and shows this font in your PDF form:

Seems to display a custom for for me. Have you observed the client work to make sure they actually open it in Reader, not a browser, Preview app, email app or other? Many people say they are using Reader when what they mean is "I have installed Reader" and don't care what app is in use.
