Embedding info into a pdf

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to embed information into a pdf. For example we have a drawing that is a pdf and we want to embed additional information, so when you click on an objects or hover over it, you get a pop up box with information about that object, with out having to attached files. So it would be like the add comments feature but you can add tables of info etc.

You can do it using layers or even form fields. A script can be used to make either object visible or hidden based on certain triggers, such as clicking or entering a button field.
