End User License Agreement Problems on Mac Sierra 10.13.2.

I keep getting the Error Message:Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement on Mac Sierra 10.13.2.  I have tried uninstalling, deleting everything and starting fresh. Still get the error message.
