Question

Enter key function not working when closing and saving PDFs

I edit a lot of PDF's using Pitstop, when closing and saving, I use to be able to hit the enter key to confirm I wanted to save changes to close window and move on to the next, after upgrading to Ventura I no longer have that option, have to manually move the cursor to hit save, is there a way to get the enter key function back?

Hi majik17,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you mentioned above, you are using Pitstop to edit PDFs, a third-party product. I suggest you get in touch with Pitstop's support team to check this workflow.

Let us know if we can be of any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

The problem is there if I edit a PDF using Acrobat tools with no Pitstop involvement. I think the issue is between Ventura and Acrobat, I did not have this problem until I upgraded to Ventura.

Hi majik17,

Sorry about the delay in response.

Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs?

Would you mind sharing the Acrobat and OS version numbers on the machine?

Did you check if the same behavior occurs with the Enter Key on another application? I believe saving changes on other application work in a similar way. Please check and confirm.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
