Erase lines in a PDF document in automatic way

Hello all.

In my company there is a system who prints invoices in PDF format, but a client wants to erase a line for each product to fullfill a requirement.  The client is doing it manually for each product but it is very difficult to erase it when the invoice has like 600 products. is there a way we can do it in an automatic way?, i've contact Adobe support and it seems we can not doing with the applications.  I'm attaching an image of the line we want to erese for each product
