Question

Err_Code 3000 unable to edit a PDF online with the Adobe app on Microsoft Teams

When using the Adobe Acrobat app and trying to edit the document it no longer allows the ability to edit and continues to display an error Err_Code 3000. It was working, but when changing from edit to comment or another feature in this app and going back to "edit" the error message now appears for editing. All other features continue to work.

This seems to be occurring on documents where I did an edit through the MS Teams Adobe.

Hi @Francisco Arm37160698wqwu

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing, please share a small video recording of the same for more clarity

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Let us know how it goes.

I am having the same issue, with one PDF in particular. On Desktop mode, it appears blank and on the online version, it gives the 3000 Error Message.
