Erro Acrobat Distiller

Bom dia!

Alguém conseguiria me ajudar?

Muito obrigada antecipadamente!

Juliana

It would SEEM that you have Acrobat set to start with Windows

How to disable a program in Windows 10/11 startup
-Click the 'window pane' in the very bottom left corner of the Windows desktop
    -Select * Settings
    -Select Apps
    -Select Startup
-Select/toggle the program you want to disable/enable
-BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU DISABLE SO YOU DON'T STOP WINDOWS FROM RUNNING

    Hello @Gleeful_Ocean0757

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. Seeing an error message repeatedly on your screen is frustrating, and we want to understand what is happening before suggesting any steps.

We need some more information. Could you please share:

    • A screenshot of the error message that you see (please hide any personal details)

    • Your Acrobat version (Help > About Adobe Acrobat)

    • Your Windows version (Start > Settings > System > About)

    • When does the message appear, for example, when Windows starts or when you open a file? A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

Once we have these details, we can guide you to the right steps.

    Regards,
    Amal

Thank you very much for your help, it was really useful.

At first I thought the same thing, but I was afraid to disable it. When I saw your reply, I made the adjustments and apparently they worked. Thank you so much!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
