Error 02-9º printing HP Laserjet m182n double sides pdf documents

When printing a pdf file on two sides with the hp laserjet pro m182n printer, an error occurs when requesting to change the page, since the change from one side to the other is manual.
The error number shown is 02-9º
Our printer does support two-sided printing. With any other program such as word, it works correctly. I have contacted hp support and after testing, they tell us that it is some kind of incompatibility with format pdf.

What could be the problem?

Your printer supports different page description languages (PCL5&6, PostScript, PDF). Which format are you using? Have you tried to select a different language when you send the document? This may require to install a different driver for your printer. Also, make sure that you have the latest version of firmware installed on the printer, and that you are using the latest version of the driver. Just because HP says it's not their problem, does not necessarily mean that's the case. I've run into printer problems with Acrobat where the printer manufacturer insisted that it was not their problem, but with the next release of their driver (or their firmware), that problem got fixed.

Hi,

First of all, thank you for your answer. I have updated to the latest firmware. You currently have pcl6, pcl, pdf, ps, pwg raster, airprint installed. I have also installed the universal PostScript driver.

Finally, I have uninstalled adobe and it is updated to the latest version

But it still doesn't work.

Any idea why it doesn't work? Thanks

Can I assume that you have the same problem with PCL and PostScript? If that still doeas not work, then unfortunately that is all we can do. For anything else, you need to get in touch with either Acrobat's customer support, or have HP trying to debug what’s going on. Most of the people you meet in this forum are users of Adobe's technology, just like you, and don't have any access to "the guts" of the application.
