Error 109. This is what i get when trying to save. Any ideas to solve this?

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to create a PDF form as getting an error 109, Is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Acrobat and then try creating the PDF form from Acrobat's File menu>Create PDF>Create Form.

Try resetting Acrobat's Preferences once and reboot the machine, to reset the Preferences, refer to the steps in the article How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Try creating the file again from the original source file.

Are you creating a new form or trying to convert a document into a PDF form? Have you tried with other document and PDF or is it occurring with one specific PDF file?

Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of OS installed? What is the dot version of Acrobat installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
