Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please go through the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/quot-something-went-wrong-quot-error-preventing-acrobat-dc-startup/td-p/10631970 and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks - it seems we had a firewall issue that was the problem.  As soon as this resolved, I could log on.

Thanks for responding.

I have the same problem. What ultimately worked? I uninstalled and reinstalled. Did the cleaner, shut down and then reinstalled and that did not work.....TIA

Hi @William32425809ebk9 , Try opening Adobe Distiller. After that, I was lucky that the Adobe applications allowed me to log in again.

Hi @Drolma36223244c0iw

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error message for more clarity?

Also, try remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html  and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
