Error 2753: The File 'FullTrustNotifier.exe1' is not marked for installation

Keep getting Error 2753: The File 'FullTrustNotifier.exe1' is not marked for installation

 

Have done Add Remove Programs. Have used the Adobe uninstaller tool before a complete reinstall.

 

Keep getting this error and cannot get past this to install the desktop versions.

I'm getting the same error. The first link below is dead. The second link is old.  But I've uninstalled the Notifier for Adobe, cleared the registry and cannot uninstall the current version of Adobe because the "Full trustnotifier.exe is not marked for installtion".  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
