Error 523:523 Adobe Reader DC

Hello I work at the service desk at a hospital and recently we had a user who was having trouble using one of our applications to view PDFs/edit them. Whenever she would try to open one she would get the Error 523:523 error message and be unable to edit or view them. Eventually, using all the tips given by the community we were able to get her to a point where she could click on a PDF and after it gave her the error message she could just "ok" it and click into the pdf again, however every 2nd or 3rd time she opens a PDF it will pop-up with the error message.

TL;DR she is able to open PDFs with the disadvantage of getting this error message every other time she opens a PDF.

We use Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 x64 bit

Version 2022.003.20282 64-bit

Here's what we did to her Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Turned off Protected Mode, turned off enhanced security, turned off Acrobat JavaScript, turned off hardware rendering for legacy video cards, turned off "show online storage when saving files", and previous to all of this we fresh installed.

Basically we want to know how to stop this from repeating itself over and over again as it's simply frustrating

Is this a shared file in a networked environment?

Would you be able to confirm if that is the only user experiencing this problem on that computer, or does it happens too if the user signs in to any other computer at work?

You also mentioned, that the user is having trouble when using one of your applications to view or work with PDFs; can you list what other applications are these, in addition to the Adobe Acrobat Reader version please?

Based on what you've described, can you also gather more info to help rule out if that computer could be  affected due to Group Policy restrictions ?

For example, opening this file with a roaming user profile in a shared domain.

Last, is the file opened in MS Edge web browser using the Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker extension?

Is this a shared file in a networked environment? They are multiple shared PDFs in patient management software known as "Phreesia" that stores it's data across our network.

Would you be able to confirm if that is the only user experiencing this problem on that computer, or does it happens too if the user signs in to any other computer at work? It happens to the user on any computer they sign into, perhaps because their profiles are shared on each of the computers we have.

You also mentioned, that the user is having trouble when using one of your applications to view or work with PDFs; can you list what other applications are these, in addition to the Adobe Acrobat Reader version please? The Adobe Acrobat version is listed in the ticket, my apologies that was poor labeling. Version 2022.003.20282 64-bit .
The application we use in conjuction with Adobe Acrobat Reader is Phreesia. Phreesia holds some of our patient info and we use Adobe Reader to look at and edit the pdfs containing their info.

Based on what you've described, can you also gather more info to help rule out if that computer could be  affected due to Group Policy restrictions ? This computer is not affected by group policy restrictions otherwise it wouldn't be able to utilize Adobe Acrobat Reader at all right? Not to be passive aggressive, I just want to clarify. Because they are still able to open the file, it just hits them with this notice every second or third time they do it is all.

Last, is the file opened in MS Edge web browser using the Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker extension? The file is openend in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I added that MS Edge part but it wasn't applicable, my apologies again.
