Hi

Today this morning i had 5 computer all with the same error after being upgraded to latest version adobe reader: Acrobat failed to load its Core DLL

I tried uninstalling adobe reader/install it again, i tried to repair the installation nothing seems to be working.

It comes up with "Appcontrainer incompatibility in protected mode" and then 2 possible choises and depending on the choise i make i am presentet with other options. No matter what i choose i cannot get adobe reader to start.

Same for all the computers

Anyone seen this and maybe able to fix the error?

Kind Regards

Hello @Kenn272987129z87

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble you had with the app.

We've reported this issue to the product team, and they are working on identifying the root cause and working on a fix. We will share an update as soon as we receive any information from the team.

As a workaround, installing the Visual C++ runtime fixes the issue.
