Error al activar licencia permanente Adobe Standard X

Question

Necesito activar una licencia perpetua de Adobe Standard X en un equipo nuevo (lo desinstalé del anterior) y a pesar de que el código de serie está correcto (confirmado por Adobe) no me activa la aplicación.

¿Alguna posible solución?

The activation server for Acrobat X, released 23 years ago in 1993, has been shut down. You won't be able to activate it.
