Error code 0x2726

Good morning, I need your help to solve the following issue.

When putting the digital signature I receive the following error which translated means:

"Error during the verification of the signature.

An error occurred during the validation:

Error in the crittography library.

Error code: 0x2726"

And finally the signature is invalid.

I need a quick help please.

Hi Roberto,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting error when trying to verfiy a signature, is that correct?

Try creating a new digital ID using the steps given in the following help document and try again: Digital IDs in Acrobat

Also, let us know the dot version of Acrobat or Reader and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Hi Shivam,

thanks for your prompt reply.

Yes, that error appear when verifying the signature.

But the error affected signature appears invalid  even vefore the validation. See the print screen of the panel as last picture below.

Regarding the versioning and OS:

OS is Windows
