Error code: 1 for Acrobat Pro || CS 6 Suite

Bonjour,

Je ne peux plus ouvrir aucun fichier Adobe.

À chaque fois j'ai le message d'erreur suivant :

Désinstallez et réinstallez le produit.

Si le problème persiste, contactez le support technique d'Adobe pour obtenir de l'aide en mentionnant le code d'erreur qui s'affiche en bas de cet écran.

Erreur :16 pour In Design et Photoshop

Error: 1 pour Acrobat Pro

Je suis sur Mac OSX Version 10.8.5

Je suis en déplacement et je n'ai pas la suite Adobe avec moi.

Merci de votre aide.

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Please uninstall the Acrobat which is the part of the Adobe Design Standard CS 6, restart the machine, and then download the CS 6 Suite from the URL Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications

Run the setup and choose Acrobat only for the installation. (If you want, you can install other apps too)

For error related to other CS 6 Suite, you can refer and try the steps from the following KB "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app
