Error Code 13000 Crash and cannot uninstall

Since the latest Mac Sonoma update 14.4.1, Acrobat Pro crashes on launch with Error Code 13000. I attempted to uninstall through the CC app, but uninstallation fails. Any ideas on what to do?

I had this error 13000 with Premiere and After Effects. Restarting my macbook solved the issue for me.
