Hello,

Having issues installing Acrobat Pro (non-cc version). Getting Error Code 42 right at start of install (~1%).

No antivirus software installed. Home PC. Have not previously installed any Adobe products. Windows fully up to date 25H2 (Build 26200.7171). ACC.log file not present in AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\ACC folder.

Local Group Policy Editor Cert Path Validation Settings Network Retrieval Auto update cert and allow user cert retrieval enabled.

DigiCert Trusted Root G4 & DigiCert High Assyrance EV Root CA installed in Trusted Root Cert Authorities.

Thanks in advance!
