Error connecting Adobe with Salesforce

I am trying to connect Adobe with Salesforce, and when attempting to log in, I get the following error: 'Adobe Acrobat Sign authentication error: access denied. Please contact Adobe Acrobat Sign support to ensure that your account is ready to use Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. It's possible that your account level is not appropriate to proceed.' My user account in Adobe and Salesforce is [Removed]

It's never a good idea to post your account details (such as email address) to a public forum. I removed it for you.

We checked your account using the email address you shared. You have the Acrobat Sign individual service plan, which does not include the Salesforce integration. Also, your account shows as inactive.
