Dear all those that could help, I try to convert a word document to a PDF and when I do it converts it to a notepad doc instead with the following issues:

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
Calibri-Bold not found, using Courier.
%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: xshow ]%%

Stack:
-dict-
-file-

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

anybody any ideas, it is Adobe: Acrobat 8 Professional

thanks

It appears you have an issue with one of your fonts. You need to make sure you are not using and fonts that have a restriction on using in a PDF or being embedded in a PDF.

I am having exactly the same problem, but with Acrobat 9 Pro Extended.

There are several fonts listed as "not found".  Like this other chap, it lists Calibri as "not found" but Calibri is a standard MS font.  It is on my system and has worked countless times before.  But not now.  What in the world am I supposed to do about this sort of problem showing up with a standard MS font like Calibri?

it also shows SegoeUI-Bold and SegoeUI as "not found" and there are not even in the document to be printed.

What gives. Why is my Acrobat suddenly malfunctioning?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat 9 Pro several times. Should I uninstall again, then reinstall in Windows Safe Mode?
