Please let us know if the issue occurs when signing a particular document or with all. Did you try creating a new signature?

If not, try creating a new signature to see if you can add a signature with a new one.

If you still get the same error, please share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.

Share the screen recording of the workflow used and the error that occurs.
