error in formatting form docs to word

Question

Hey everyone,I'm having this issue and wondered if anyone else has come across it. Whenever I copy text from my Docs to Word, it can randomly add extra hyphens. I've tried different documents, plain text, different formatting – doesn't seem to matter. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't, which means i waste so much time having to check if there are any and then delete all the extra hyphens. Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?  Thanks!

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
