Tengo una licencia perpetua de Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MAC ESD ALL CLASSIC. He cambiado de ordenador y no consigo iniciar la sesión para iniciar el software

The solution suggested has not worked. I have followed the steps indicated, but when reinstalling the application the installer gets stuck on the READ ME (Léeme) step and does not go beyond that. See attached screenshot

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.



Acrobat 2015 is an End-Of-Life application, and the steps shared below may or may not work, but still worth a try:

1. Go to https://adobe.ly/4fVvKQE <>
2. Register the product there with the serial key you might have

3. Go to https://adobe.ly/4ahkqgz <>
4. Scroll down to the section called "Active Sessions"

5. Remove all the sessions from there

6. Try installing and running the app again.
