If you experience issues updating the application, please refer to the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-update-errors-acrobat-reader.html.

 

If that does not help, reinstall the application using the steps suggested below:

 - Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

- Reboot your machine and install the application from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

Check if that helps.
