Error: Invalid Font

Getting this error when trying to use Adobe PDF to print.  We have done the un-install and reinstall, also created a new settings folder, and the error still contunes.  Acrobat is upto date, fully licensed and otherwise working normally.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

What it the workflow/steps you are doing to print the PDF file? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

 

Also check if the PDF file is password protected? If yes, please try to remove the password protection and then try again to print the PDF file and see if that works.
