Error: "invalid serial Number".

Hi, We are in the middle of a hardware refresh program upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro (Boxed copy) onto a new Windows 10 Pro pc, but receive an error "invalid serial Number", i have deactivated the old copy from Windows 7. Any help would be apprieated Mark

Your due diligence may have shown that Acrobat 9 isn't really expected to work on Windows 10.  The current version is no longer a number but is "Acrobat DC".
