Error message in Adobe Acrobat

After we have anonymize some details, then we choose apply and then we get this Error Message. We don't get this message in all the situations, but in some situations. And we don't know in which situation.

Can you share additional details?

Can you indicate the exact version of Acrobat and the operating system you are using?

Also, can you list the steps you take so we can try to recreate the issue?

Hi,

In the attachment the Additional details. 

The version I also attached in the second document.

Steps we do:

1. Open a PDF document withe Adobe

2. Anonymize

3. Anonymize the right details

4. After anonymize we will apply this 

5. When we click on apply then we get this error
