Error Message we can't verify you subscription status (Mac Ventura)

Have searched through the discussions and tried all the various fixes. Nothing works.  CC and Acrobat subscriptions are up to date, can access acrobat online, but app just cycles back to same error message. done multiple uninstal-reboot-re-instal and nothing.  Any miracle cures or is there a way to contact Adobe support rather than just a bot?

Please test your connection to Adobe servers and try to rest host files manually as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and see if that works for you.
