When I want to save a word or excel file by pressing File / Save as Adobe Acrobat, I get the following error message:

"Your request could not be completed.  Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated.  Try launching Adobe Acrobat".

I am using the compnay's licesnse.  Other employees in the company do not have this problem.  Please advice.

Hi Razik

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error 'Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated. Try launching Adobe Acrobat'

Please try the following steps and see if that helps:

1. Quit Acrobat if it's open.

2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard, and then click Task Manager.

3. On the Processes tab, click the AcroTray.exe process to highlight it.

4. Click End Task. You may see a warning message, click Yes to confirm

5. Launch Acrobat.

You may also try the troubleshooting steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-pdf-creation-cannot-continue.html and see if that works for you.

Regards

Amal
