Error occurred while printing the document

I have an Acrobat Pro DC subscription and began having issues on my old desktop.  I couldn't edit a file, or organize it, and it kept wanting me to save as even if I didn't want to rename it.  I bought a new desktop with Windows 11.  I am still having the same problem.  No matter what I do I keep getting The document count not be printed / An error occurred while printing the document.  I have used this app since 2018 and pay a monthly fee.  This is ridiculous!!  Everything is up to date.  All drivers/software, etc.  I have Version 22..20169.0

PLEASE can anyone help?  Extremely frustrated with Adobe right now.  I did everything that people suggested in the community and on line help.  I can print from any other app but Adobe.  My printer is an HP Office Jet Pro 8710.  Thank you in advance for any advice and guidance on this issue.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well.

The new version of Adobe Acrobat (23.01.20143), addressing this issue is now available. Please update the application from the Help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

Let us know how it goes.
